The burned children's club gives support to young burn survivors and their families. We promote self esteem and help children come to terms with their altered body image. Support is also essential to parents and siblings as they too need help to adjust and come to terms with the trauma.
All this is done through fun, recreation and mutual support., we also arrange fun confidence building events such as Regional Camps Summer BBQ’s and festive Christmas Parties.
If your child, or you know of a child that would benefit from what our group has to offer, then contact us for more information. Our membership is open to those under the age of eighteen.
We are a registered charity (Registration No. 1062024) and our website will
give you an understanding of what we are trying to achieve and how we try
to accomplish this, with the kind support from all of our sponsors, volunteers
and through fund raising and donations received, if you would like to donate
to our club please see our donations page.
